42 – The Answer to Almost Everything

The polar ice caps are melting and sea levels are rising at an ever-increasing rate. As a result, land is becoming an increasingly scarce resource. But architects and climate researchers have an idea: they want to build cities on water! Their thinking is that if 71 percent of the Earth is covered by oceans anyway, why not use this space? Is this the future? Will we move onto the water?
